• Failure by us to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Online Ordering System.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
